We want you to be confident in your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will make it right. Because many of our products ship via freight and require special handling, our return guidelines vary based on the reason for the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
- No return shipping costs apply in these cases.
Buyer’s Remorse Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or error:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- The original freight cost (varies by item) may be deducted from your refund.
- Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm applicable fees and provide return instructions.
This policy helps us keep prices fair while still offering flexibility on returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and security reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Installed safes (wall, floor, or bolted units).
- Products showing signs of use, installation, or modification.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
