Processing & Handling Time
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Because many of our products are large or require special handling, occasional delays may occur. If additional time is needed, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Cost
We offer Free Shipping on all products to the contiguous United States. No additional fees are required at checkout unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Freight Shipments
Many safes and large items ship via freight truck. Freight deliveries include curbside service. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Inspect the shipment upon arrival.
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Refuse delivery if the item is severely damaged.
Reporting damage within 48 hours helps us resolve issues quickly.
Standard Parcel Shipments
Smaller items may ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times
Transit times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.
Failed Delivery Attempts & Freight Storage Fees
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or the customer being unavailable during the scheduled delivery window, the buyer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
For freight shipments, carriers may charge daily storage fees if they are unable to complete delivery and must hold the item at their terminal. These storage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
To avoid additional charges, please ensure someone is available at the scheduled delivery time and that the delivery address is accurate and accessible.
